Thank you for the customer service. I am happy to let you know that I have received my items. But unfortunately my order is incomplete. It seems there has been a mistake. I have received two Phase 1 TCW animated Clone Gunners instead of two 442nd Phase 2 (non-holed) clone troopers designed by TrooperLabs. When I ordered the item was displayed as in stock. I believe this was a genuine mistake. I hope this can be resolved in some way. Please take a look at the images below including the receipts. Please do get back when you can.
