Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days after they are placed, with the exceptions of combined orders, pre-orders, and orders placed during an announced break.
Combined Orders (USA only)
Repeat customers may select "Combine with existing order" at checkout for free/discounted shipping. The expected ship-by date of the combined order is the latest of any of the individual orders. The combine option is available only to USA customers who have an existing unshipped order.
Pre-Orders
Any item marked "PRE-ORDER" is pending delivery from the manufacturer. Any order (or combined order) containing at least one of these items is considered a pre-order, and may take several weeks to ship.
Breaks
Occasionally, our team will go on break. Orders placed during the announced break will ship by the date listed below.

Tracking and Insurance
Tracking information will be provided for all orders. Domestic orders (within the USA) are insured for their full value. International orders are insured up to $200
Free Shipping (USA only)
Single domestic orders with an after-discount total of $200 or more are eligible for free shipping. You won't be charged shipping at checkout, no further customer action is needed to claim the offer. The offer does not apply to combined orders.
